Calloway heads, 3-point rear axle location, red/black leather interior, increased power etc for the GTS-R, basically the GTS-R is the GTS in Oz whilst the GTS is their Clubsport R8 down under, other will no doubt list more differences but this is a start, I think 30 GTS & 15 GTS-R's were imported in 2000.
Prices for HSV GTS/GTSR interesting one as Im biased owning later but I would say depending on mileage condition £12k-£17k for GTS and £16k-£20k for GTSR then again look at mods/history etc.. You can get CV8 or early VXR monaros for similar but the four door is very practicle, handles really well and has the Q car element in favour. I personally find the Monaros driver entry point A pillar too low and cockpit feels cramped.Where GTS GTSR feel more spacious, they are however more outdated inside (like late 95onwards).
Me I bought GTSR have owned 10months done 11K miles have had only 2 majors problems 1.steering pump leak 2.clutch needed replacement
Apart from that brilliant only thing now is would like a surpercharger just to keep the VXR boys in check!!
