Entered the Monaro in the Cannonball 8000

Just been accepted for the Cannonball 8000 next year, so the Monaro is in for a ride of its life!!!

What's involved and how much did you have to fork out?

Yeah, hope fully it should be, 3 days, eight countries, starting in London and finishing in Zegreb 3 days later. The only thing is its not till Sept, so a while to wait yet.

I recommend a nice supercharger install for some proper supercar humbling antics, oh yes.

Also big brakes, every detector and jammer known and a big bag of Euros to pay those speeding fines and bail bonds...

And having seen some footage of previous runs you might want some form of self defence equipment...

HeHeHe, yeah a supercharger would be nice, but i dont know what the leasing company would make of it, i suppose i could always take it off when the car goes back and sell it on.

Yeah, i think the speeding fine issue is a bit of a worry, but i suppose its a chance we will all take, as yu say, plenty of euros on board.

large parts of Europe have done a deal with DVLA to add points to UK licences for speeding offences committed. Its not just the fines you have to deal with now.

Aren't detectors/jammers illegal in a lot of European countries? France in particular!
