Bring it on! I'm fed up of all the mundane euro boxes that I have to endure on any trip. This Camaro looks cool in a new Mustang kind of way if that makes any sense

Wow! What a tower of intellect that site is? Most of the posters there sound like they are about 13yo.

Anyway, prototypes of the new Camaro are being put together in Australia at this moment, and as you know, its being built on the latest VE Commodore Zeta platform.

So we can probably expect there to be a RHD Camaro if Holden are leading the development programme... I wonder if that means that the next Monaro will be basically a Camaro in drag?

I reckon so.

The Camaro is going to be GM's flagship muscle car for the forseeable future and that means there'll be no Monaro to steal it's thunder within the next couple of years.
GM are on the uppers at the moment, deep deep in debt and no easy way out, they need a concentrated market with a unique selling point, not something diluted by other models/development costs.

I'm not interested in any new 4 door cars, I may as well get a Mondeo if I want 4 door practicality but I would be interested in a rhd Camaro.

There are a few very exciting cars coming from America now...and most of `em are the reworked 60`s/70`s muscle cars...Camaro/Challenger/GT40/Mustang..Pity the Charger was not in the same vein as the original..Nice to see them coming over the atlantic hopefully..
