Brake caliper paint

Have bright red AP Racing brake calipers. Would much rather they were black. Any recommendations on paints? Maybe Booster or Dan could help?

Halfauds do a range of colours in brake caliper paint, not sure about black though

If you want it done properly, take them to a bodyshop and get them done in regular automotive 2 pack.

These so called high temp paints dont have a good finish, don't generaly adhere well, and in me experience don't outperform regular 2 pack paint.

For a cost effective and very long lasting finish try doing it with Hammerite. Its been done this way before many times and to good effect.

We used some high temp paint from halfrauds on our CV8 calipers but I would be a bit apprensive with the AP's 'cus you could spoil the looks (we had planned to change our anyway) + the high temps might be a bit too much for it!

As above.
I have done many AP and other brand calipers with twin pack paints, you can even add stickers before you clear coat them, once the clear coat has hardened it is by far the most durable finish.
