Faulty Reset Switch??

Have noticed recently, whenever I fill up, that when I try to reset the trip computer...MPG etc, it just aint happening. So, tried it again today after filling up and I sat there on the forecourt with my finger pressed on it for a good 3 mins and NOTHING.

Is this an easy fix...and is it a common thing...Mr. Greens??

ive had the same problem but found it was the way you reset it rather than the button, i just give the reset button a quick press without holding it down and it resets instantly

Just been out to the car and tried that and nothing. Its not doing anything at all

you are pressing the up/down button first?

a quick dab on one of them then the set button - bingo

Tried that mate......no difference.

Hold the button down for less than 2 seconds but more than just a tap and it should work.
