Ok, I've got my 'leccy polisher thing with a lambswool bonnet. How is it used to obtain best results please?

www.detailingworld.co.uk/

all the answers to questions re cleaning and polishing you car can be found on here. Only thing is with some polishers you can "burn" the paint if you're too heavy handed, practice on someone elses car first

Crikey did that start out as a Monaro! Think I'd use some less aggressive polish.

Oooer! Don't want to damage my paintwork. Think I'll start on some old panels my son has.
Thanks for the advice. I bought a cheapskate one from Netto at £20.00, it seems to be a copy of a Makita one, single action, 1300watts. I only want it to polish my 'ro as its only a few months old, and doesn't need anything extreme. I would just like to get the deep shine that some of you other lads have posted photos of.

hmm wouldn't be me, did toy with idea of buying a cheap one but I'd rather do it by hand than risk it with one of the cheaper ones.

The paint must have been thick! Look like he removed about a foot from the front and back and 6 inches from each side
