Picadore S'ton sell the last remaining Monaro's

Article in Southern Daily Echo states they grabbed the last 9 available, paid cash (unheard of by a dealer) and sold the lot within a month discounting the price by £8,500 over list and mostly to local drivers (Hants). The article quotes the VXR's as being limited/governed to 165 MPH, did'nt know that.
Still three Monaros on the forecourt this morning, didn't look sold - prices still on display in the windscreens.
IIRC: impulse blue '04 CV8 (05 plate), red hot '05 VXR (54 plate), red hot '05 VXR (55 plate). I can't remember the prices.
ETA: there was a brand new red hot unregistered Maloo on the forecourt too! I gather they are bringing these into the country now.
ETA2: Ah, you're talking about new cars aren't you - doh!

THE SUPERCHARGED ONE GRAHAM WAS DRIVING SOLD RECENTLY (AS REPORTED IN THE ECHO)
WE HAVE 54 PLATE AND 55 PLATE 6.0 VXR'S ON THE FRONT ALONG WITH A 04 5.7.
THE MALOO IS AN 05 PLATE CAR ...PICKUP ? WITH APPROX 6500 MILES.
IVE STOPPED USING THEM AT PRESENT AS THE SALES DEPT FUEL CARD IS NOW UNDER LOCK AND KEY.......THE WEATHERS BEEN OK SO IVE DUSTED OF THE OLD APRILIA RSV1000R AND TOOK TO RIDING THAT FOR A MO (LEATHERS SEEM TO HAVE SHRUNK SOMEWHAT THO !!)

Quickars have at least two pre-reg left.
I've just bought their last black one, but they have a red one with approx 300 miles on it, and I know they have a silver one which a week ago had just 11 miles up.....not certain but they *might* have 2 silver ones. All on 56 plates as far as I know.
They're a very helpful couple of guys and on the basis of my experience with them so far I'd recommend them.
Thanks Simon for all your help pre-purchase (Mark P here!) - why not stretch those leathers a bit more and join me at Donington for a track session on the bikes tomorrow??
