about 170$ US + carriage and costs to have it welded in place, most UK suppliers I've seen are around 200UKP for the cat. Was discussing this last weekend with an Astra VXR owner that wanted to replace his exhaust. He was getting quoted £ for $ prices as well - rip off Britain at its best. Even with import duty,VAT, carriage thats going to be around 130-140 quid. Have seen them for less elsewhere in the US so worth shopping about.

They say metal substrate is the best cat innards for flow.
Randomtech and someone else whos name eludes me at the moment get good reviews.

Interesting price on that 2.5 inch cat...
As we discussed, Regal are charging £275 for one !

I had a quick look on old eBay and found one at just $60 !
