I've never owned a car that gets so much attention. And I'm quite old.

Everyone loves it. Loads of people ask about it & I keep finding people looking through the windows when it's parked up.

Mad.

Is this normal?

Smiler.

Pictures taken, "thats the car from top gear beach" comments ect... all the time.

Go loud and it gets worse.

These cars do get alot of attention, but it all seems to be good bloke stuff. Not the more jealous type of attention you would get in say Italien exotica!

I would agree with that 100%, it's always positive. Never driven or owned a Fezzer so can't comment on the opposite though!

Yep! agree with the good comments thing, even had a puncture mended free cos "I drove a proper car!" Tho the finger marks on the windows from people peering in can be scary sometimes.

Much as I though it was a looker, I never thought about it's pose value when I bought it which is why I've been surprised. I just love quick, rare cars that take a bit of driving & especially proper V8's, which doesn't present too many options.

Seems like there's a lot of closet cases out there too.

The car does indeed attract a lot of attention, engine on or not!!

At a recent meet, Bo55's car was admired by a few oldies who must have been in their early 70s at least. Stood about 9/10 feet away admiring Chris's rear end.

This was at the point when Chris was taking somebody for a spin, he started her up and one of the oldies nearly fell of their sticks, while the other two recoiled at least another 10 feet. But they were all rewarded with a nice deposit of black rubber as Chris set off for a demo run!!
