tbh it doesn't look that bad. I've seen much worse repaired and back on the road - you should visit a crash and stolen recovered auction if you've never been to one before! I'd be concerned about crease in the roof on the driver's side as a possible weak point in any future collision. I'm sure any competent repair shop could put the whole lot back together though - parts for 2k - maybe not so far wrong - same again and more in doing the work though. At 10k its overpriced - 6k to 8k and allow 5-6k to put it on the road again and it'd be interesting to a few repairers I know.

That would cost a bomb to repair. Lots of bits at wrong angles.. and it just ain't the mirror that needs to be fixed.
