If the VXR was a standard HSV GTO coupe, then no, the VE Clubsport R8 comes standard with 4 spot calipers.

Car has 363 front and 343 rear discs with four pistone AP calipers. The swept area is the same as the 6 pot upgrade on the 'Ro.

Played with one of ours some more yesterday as it has some miles on it now, I have to say biggest grin have had on my face in a car for a long time. Sounds fantastic, goes, stops and turns on a whole new level. It is more of a rounded package and just feels very grown up now. We have one as a courtesy/loan car that you are more than welcome to have a 'play' in for the day! It may change your view point, it did mine!!

Do you think the lowering springs should be almost a default option and do people think it would it help the pronounced diving under very heavy braking - on the VBH brake test it looked like the rear wheels were about to come off the ground, more like a front wheel drive. Are they stiffer and lower or just lower, I guess the centre of gravity being lower to start with would be a help.

Anyone know who might have a demonstrator in the North West area, Blackburn'ish?
