Not that I'm particularly bothered (it won't stop me buying one), but what sort of MPG do you guys get?

and that's the way it should be, I really can't get over how concerned people are with the fuel economy of a 6.0 litre, group 20 insurance, high performance car. Do you think any ferrari, or lamborghini drivers ever wonder about that small matter ( If they do they don't deserve to have the car). Irish people are all so concerned about fuel costs and yet they have let the private housing sector run into crazy money while worrying about how much fuel a car uses.

Err, I do Stoke on Trent to Kent every other weekend and have don't get anywhere near there and back on one tank! In fact having filled up before going, I had 80 miles left on arrival.

I don't look at the readout these days but it varies between about 16mpg around town and 28-30mpg at cruise on the motorway. It seems the most efficient at about 0.9 leptons in 6th, below that it labours a little too much.

Normally hover around the 14.something, goes up on a rare long run (5.7 CV8), occasionally seen it hit 18 after a very long drive

Mine averages about 18mpg. It all depends on how many you miles you do and it's still a lot of car for reletively little money. Before I bought mine I worked out it was going to cost me an extra £70/month in fuel over the diesel Alfa 159 I had before. I'd pay that for the V8 gurgle alone!

Mine is open loop tuned to run leaner at low loads and 13:1 max under WOT. Plus dyno tuned at all load points, full otrcai with FAST90 intake and good exhaust setup, aftermarket heads with higher compression and more efficient chambers etc, etc. Plus lean cruise mode is enabled to be active sooner and at lower speeds further leaning out the mixture.

Computer says anything up to 27mpg - but the real figures suggest I get around 20mpg combined. Not that I care, it's a toy - I like the loud pedal :P

I must be doing something wrong, I've got a Wortec remap and I still cannot get above 21mpg, even on the motorway. 18mpg is the average so how you guys can get such good consumption is beyond me ?!
