What number do you use???
I get through first time every time to the receptionist then I get put through to the service department.

Really sorry Andy, I have been away on biz for a couple of days. One of the meetings was a VXR8 update and I wanted to come back to you with up to the minute info on when the boat is due to dock and how quickly they can get the cars to us.
Ref the phones we have had telephone receptinist problems which are now behind us. We do have a direct line straight through to Andy our VXR specialist on service 02380 425208 or my mobile no is 07785 904833. Call me please or John Wheatley who is now fully VXR8'ed up on the sales side and able to help.
Re the arrogance issue, this comment really upsets me, we try so hard to keep everyone happy in some times difficult situations, please give me the name of that person and I'll do what needs to be done.

Graham, a big thank you for coming back to me, thanks for the offer of a free set of 20" wheels and tyres but I will stick with the 19" as they ride a lot better and are not so harsh on the road, mind you they look fantastic, why not stick them on your demo.
P.S. Do you mind if I swap the "Mars" bar for a "Topic" TIA.

??? No ride qulity difference that we or any customers have noticed on the 20's, in fact, personally, I think it rides better on 20's and isnt hard at all really, but thats just me!

Terribly sorry, after getting my facts straight it seems the dealer in question was in fact "Piccadilly Motors" not Picador. I apoligise for being such an arse.
