I just noticed derestrictor's speed in the M6! 186mph! Assuming it's got a smidge more power than standard from a remap that's impressive and goes to show what the 'ro could probably manage with better gearing. I imagine drag and frontal area are similar.

Remember chaps, those aren't the car's top speeds - merely the speeds they could reach on a 1.5mile slight gradient sidewind forced runway (which makes the RT12's speed even more impressive)

Those Grif 500s don't half rocket off the line, that one looks like it's in rude health. I think the same guy was there when I did VMax. The combination or low weight, plenty of grunt and surprising traction means it's a drag race giant killer.

He was killing everything, but it was all over for him by about 80.

Have to say he drove that car well.

Crisisjez - you looked well quick off the line against the Griff, made the Monaro look a seriously quick car.

Very nice.
