Hi There, 56 plate VXR - Still trying to find out where the connectors/cable for the phone car kit is in the car, can anyone send me a description of how I find it please? Also if anyone knows which connections to use for a Parrot 3100 kit, I would appreciate any guidance on fitting and wiring and also microphone placement. Thanks.

Yes that shows the mirror image of the location of the plug on our cars. It's taped to the main loom. The wiring code is the same a the one I used from www.ls1.com.au/forum/showthread.ph

I live in West Berks and have the handbook / installation guide for the factory kit if you want a copy them IM Me.

All the radio connectors etc are on the passenger side of the lower dash, remove the bit round the gearbox and you will find the connectors

My factory kit took the guy 10 minutes to install, cost £180 and works brilliantly

Benno Is the installation guide a soft copy? if so could you also send me it? I am about to install a kit in my Fathers Monaro, just in the process of ordering the connector for the kit from Holden in Austrailia.

I've tried to email you through your profile but says that you don't accept emails.

Tim.
