Been car hunting recently for Sophie, who is having to make do with a 1.7D Corsa as all the moneys gone on a new house now.
Anyway, reason for the post is that having done the dealer bit for the best deal for a car (cash buy) decided to look on the internet, came up with a deal for exactly the same car only 1900 pounds cheaper than a Vauxhall dealer could offer. The only downside being (I thought) that the car would be pre reg.
When I placed the order request, I was contacted by the company selling the Corsa, which turned out to be a large Vauxhall dealership, who were selling me the car as new (no previous owners) and that the order was a custom order, as if I`d walked in off the street as a regular punter. Not just old, available stock.
So the car is being built now for delivery late Sept.
Interestingly the dealer is also a VXR dealer!!!!!
And the website has a quote request window for the VXR8.

Gonna take a complete guess that its www.bestpricecar.com as I got a quote for a friend from them a couple of weeks ago, the only downside is that you cant take any special offers (0% finance etc) with the internet price
