need to check the tracking now though - whats the best fast road settings for a gts?

same as a cv8?

Total Tow: +10 min +-10min

Front N/S: +5min +-5 min
Front O/S: +5min +-5 min
Rear N/S: +5min +-5 min
Rear O/S: +5min +-5 min

i ended up doing the lower arm bushes as well as the ones roger has put in the kit (these are the swines you need to burn out!) - also put new front strut top bearings in at the same time - came to about £350 plus fitting (my mate in wrexham is getting a dab hand at holdens!).

Looks a competitive price roger is doing the kit for - would suggest perhaps the lower arm bushes should be done at the same time though to keep all the bushes the same grade? in my old integrale if you replaced one set and not the other the extra strain killed the standard ones!

so roger - what settings do you recommend? bit of a hike for me to get an alignment done so need to get it done up here... or are they top secret ;-)

great video before and after - really is that different - brakes at slow speed seem more responsive as well - obviously are given that there isnt a foot of movement!

Mark did mine a while back, Mark uses another company for setting up & mine is for fast road & track, Mrs V8 HSV does not appreciate the set up (bit jittery at high speed) but I love it.

The arse end of mine is done to sort out the toe on the IRS. Ill be asking Roger to take a look at the front end in a few months. Just doing the back made a huge difference. Well worth it Id say.
