Question for Brian (Greens)

When you look in my boot whats the black box with wires coming out of it? Its tucked up against the back seat next to the fuel tank...behind the lining.

Also what oil do I use to top up... 5w 30 semi?

Yes I think it does.... what is it? Transformer for the exhaust valves.

It's the electronic controller for the exhaust valves, its functionally the same as every one else’s but yours being an early one is in a unique enclosure. If I remember correctly you have a silver switch to control the valves.

Should have realised that. Thanks and no silver switch anymore, swapped for a much more suitable assembly to blend in the first day i had the car. By the way, how are the little motors held in as one of mine is a rattling fit, tie wrapped tight for now but to be looked at next week after my Germany trip.

Dont mind looking myself but dont want to break anything. Wont be going to Greens, really helpfull looking setup but it would cost me a fortune in fuel and time to go back there bearing in min I live about 120miles from them. Was gonna try Monkfish as want the larger diff cover and one or two other icle bits possibly...
