Midlands Dealers

Hi,

I'm currently considering cars and have 350z & Monaro VXR on my list (amongst others). I don't mind travelling (a certain distance) to buy a car and potentially for servicing but would prefer warranty work to be not too far from home. I read a previous thread which tended to put my off the Monaro where warranty work was hard to get done as there are now so few dealers in the Midlands area.

Anyone got any experience / details on where they get warranty fixes done.

I'm near Coventry btw.

I use Groses of Northampton. They are still VXR(8)dealers. Failing that, for other work, Monkfish isnt too far followed by Rapid GB and LSV in Wellingborough.

Midlands and too far for a decent dealer - hell my nearest "decent" service centre is 300 miles away. Poor Jeff his is around 500 and involves a boat trip. You've got loads of options within 100 mile radius - thats just a nice distance for a quick blast there and back for a service. Certainly wouldnt let service options put me off from where you live - what might put me off is being so close to Monkfish, RapidGB and LSV because I couldnt resist the temptation to "pop in" and get more work done every time I was out in the car.

For warrenty work in the midlands, there is Lookers Star City Birmingham, they are a VXR dealer, and for service work there is Monkfish Performance at Milton Keynes.
Both companies not a million miles away from you!
