Needing some warranty work

1.) The memory seat function is ed. press 1 2 or 3 and it programs the seat in its current position rather than change to the pre-set setting. I presume the M button is stuck on some how as I cannot feel it push when I touch it - is it easy to get at as if it is I'll give it a go myself first.

2.) Speedo has gone spazzy again. This time I shot it whilst it did it, hopefully I'll be able to convince my local specialists that they do not need to keep the car to see the faul themselves, its 6 months since the last time!! Does anyone in the know ave the service buletin details for this?

Sometimes a firmware upgrade does the trick. I had the speedo unit replaced under warranty.
