It all depends on what you're doing out here.... Some jobs I would never do in a month of Sundays... Mine however is pretty good, all the right gear, right accommodation etc. I've been working in hostile environments since I was 18, so used to it I suppose... BUT

Life's a constant risk assessment, when the risks outweigh the reward, it's time to go home. The sad thing is, I feel more uncomfortable walking down some streets in London.

the real sad thing is I've got mates who saw the £££ and went over - it wasnt till out there they discovered the minimum time away needed to qualify to not pay tax. I felt sorry for them, I really did, as I was sat safe underground somewhere in the wiltshire wilderness hehe

What you doing out there? Pongo or are you a dirty contractor, if latter is it comms and if so who for?
