Accessing car

Ok I’m looking for some help. the Ro has been locked away for nearly 6 months and only started a couple of times, so what’s happened is the battery is well and truly flat which means the doors cannot be opened with the buttons and also manually using the key does not work either due to it having electronically operated locks, this was pointed out to me over the phone by a dealer in Derby and also said you will need to get the AA to pick the vehicle up and drop it of to them as there is no other option mmmm. So to avoid that option could anyone shed some light as to any other options I have.

I remember reading a thread that described how you could unlock the doors with 'reasonable force' exerted on the key in the lock.

Do a search and it should come up.
