It's phantom black and there's nothing wrong with it...

Just wondering if I'm asking too much...?

Had no interest so far, was thinking of asking dealers but all some independents have offered me so far are insults (as in WAY too low, in my opinion)

I think your price looks OK, it might be a casae of having to wait until the right buyer turns up who wants an unmodified black car. Sorry if that doesn't help much, depends how quickly you need to sell it I suppose.

Price looks fair to me Dan. I even sent the ad to a friend of mine who was really impressed with mine and flirted with the idea of getting a 'ro himself.

Whereabouts in Essex are you based? Spotted you in Rayleigh a few weeks back, by the shops near the railway bridge.

would suggest its a fair price. problem at the moment appears to be the lack of buyers for the cv8's especially. Know what you mean about dealer prices - I was offered 12.5k for a sub 20k mile car with mods as a trade in. As others have said its probably a case of hanging on or trying advertising it in local papers/autotrader etc.

Cheers guys...

I'm in Rayleigh... If you know anyone who fancies my Monaro, get them to give me a call!!

It's a quick sale I'm after really (now - it's been up for a couple of months in PH and Autotrader but no response). Hence sudden price drop on PH...

I'd be Over The Moon with £12.5k mate - best price was £9k!! That's what I meant by an insult!!

Spoke to Dan at Green's who semed to think price was OK. Unfortunately, they're only after bringing in VXR's at the mo.

That's great, thanks.
I've just sent you an e-mail through the forum... If you could get back to me soon as you can, that'd be great.

Thanks

I saw this thread yesterday. Sorry that the price has dropped so low. Your car looks gorgeous, and had I not got one, I would have been well interested in yours.
Still well upset that that the price has dropped so low.
