where is the traction button?

i went to look at a hsv gts a couple of weeks ago and did not see any traction button! does this mean it is not switchable?

In the Moanaer it's in the centre console, between the seats.

If you open the ashtray, which just drops down, you'll find the a black box withe a rotary switch on it.
