What and where is this coming from?

Guys,
Got up this morning and noticed the following on the front of the car.
It's hard to tell when this appeared, although I never noticed anything yesterday when I last drove it (not fast or hard).
It's not 100% water and slightly gold in colour ....tell me it's not oil
It appears to have came from the top grill and ran down

Nope on the drive, doesn't smell like pee... but then again it could be there was a stray cat knockin about last night... I'll keep my eye on it
