Rear Spring insulators

I need to raise the rear hight of the car soon as A. Its to low and B. The new wheels wont fit this low. It has the coil over kit fitted but these are nearly all the way out so I cant gain much if any by fiddling. Does anyone know where I can get thicker spring cup covers, Ive seen them on someones site but cant remember where! From memory they went up to 15mm thick which would be ideal.
