just motD the clubsport no problems but noticed nsr tyre inner edge badly worn on the shoulder only done about 4k on new toyo proxes any body had any probs with toyos or could recommend a harder compound with out losing too much grip i know it runs quite a lot of negative camber but this still seems alittle excessive

Talk to Roger, he pretty much managed to sort mine out with some new adjustable bushes etc.
Mine was shocking basically no wear on 75% and 100% wear on 25%!

If the car is pre VX series 2 ( I suspect from your name that your car is VT series 1 - 5 litre iron block?) there was a problem with the camber on the rear end. In OZ I had a VX series 1 Clubsport and had this same prob, ruined a pair of Bridgestone SO2's within 3k miles, and the car was brand new! Anyway the dealer replaced the 2 tyres and fitted a 'camber kit' - don't know what this involved, and didn't have a prob after. You could always tell a VT or VX series 1 car because the rear wheels sit like this / rather than straight up and down on the later models. The problem was fixed in the VX series 2 and later by fitting a toe control link to the rear suspension. Perhaps someone knows a bit more about this 'camber kit'.

I've got the camber kit on my ute, it made a big difference with tyre wear.
