TG - Stig Vs Hamilton + oil from a VXR8 on track?!?

Just reading this from the GG forum about The Stig vs Lewis Hamilton in the Liana this Sunday on TG:

If you read further down it says that the lap is tricky due to OIL leaked from the VXR8 from Jeremy earlier in the day, what's that all about then?

Maybe if it was supercharged it was the crankcase pressure issue pushing oil out the dipstick hole or something?
Unless he blew the engine
