WARNING - Front Spring Cups

Just a bit of a warning - replaced the upper spring cups on the front of the HSV (same as on the monaros i think?) this weekend.
they were in a shocking state - all rusted away to the degree that i'd say it was dangerous (not a speck of rust anywhere else in sight on the car which supprised me in the condition of these parts). good news is the car runs squeek free and feels like new.....still for sale however
- seem to be spending all my money in mothercare at the moment oposed to the shell station and pub!
so if your planning a new set of top mounts have a good look at them before putting them back together - i replaced the top mounts 6 months ago and they looked fine!
Ended up getting a set from michael @ 'just commodores' in oz - top outfit to deal with - recomended for new and used parts (a ls2 for the chevette is tempting at their prices
