strange question re exhausts

this is a sorry question but does anyone know if its possible to fit a VXR8 exhaust system to a CV8? it must be a bit shorter overall?

Should be the same as long as its the same model year, eg 04 or 05/06 models.

Probably not.
I seem to recall that Wortec even had problems with the electric switchable exhaust flappy thing as there's naff all room underneath because of various housings etc.
