G'day cobbers! My new cousin Kelvin has arranged this 1800km road trip up country to a hot part of Victora (45+ deg C). Anyway, I is going in this:

It's pretty tough out here, but we're struggling through.

Happy New Year! biggrin

Edit: Speeling is booger when you're p*ssed!

Well, collected the car today - what a hoot. Off tomorrow on the trip. Can't think of a better way smile (other than in a helicopter).

Just got back from the trip & was really disappointed - only got to 41°C biggrin

Still, 650bhp is something to look forward to (as well as another week with the HSV).

Yep, that's the one. Anthony is the chap who runs it as a bit of a sideline to his normal business. He seems a decent enough chap. Surprisingly, the HSV attracts quite a lot of attention over here, which is nice smile.

I parked up next to another HSV outside a pub the other day, got talking to the owner, who promptly offered me a drive around the block - behind the wheel, which was nice.

So I did biggrin.

What a place - I don't wanna come home frown.

After two fantastic road trips & 3500km, we dropped the car back yesterday frown

By the weekend, we'll be back in good old cold, wet Blighty frownfrown

That's it, I have nothing left.

except there's a chance my Monaro might be at the Ace on Sunday, where I'll be sporting a new tan, & she'll be sporting some more HP - cheers Mark biggrin
