Wortec front box.

Guys, I have a VXR6 with the Wortec catback., (front box fitted). What's the difference in sound/noise with the replacement straight pipes in? I want louder, but not annoying at cruising speeds.

Guess its the VXR6 thats confusing.

Box's in = less drone and less noise unless accelerating.

Box's out = much louder all of the time.

Yep, guess you're right about the "VXR6" confusion. Used to be able to call it that no problem until the VXR8 came out. 'Course, I meant 6.0 VXR Ro as opposed to the 5.7. Is it really a LOT louder boxes out? I understood that the box has no baffles in and just allows the gasses to expand a bit, but obviously that's enough to quieten it a fair ammount. Is it a slip out, slip in change over?
