Anyone else running these and what do you think.
Put some on the rear today and first impression is that the seem to be steering the car at the mo.
Prob too early TBO as they really havn`t bed in yet but would be interested to hear other opinions.
I think they`ll be great in the wet though.

Which Falkens? I've a set of Falken FK452's on test and found them to be quite awkward for the first 500 miles. They're a bit better now they're bedded in, and they needed a few more PSI than the previous tyre but overall I'm quite happy for the price.
Certainly not the ultimate tyre people make them out to be but then nor are the T1Rs. Get what you pay for.

Never had a problem with the T1R's so not sure why you were unhappy with those. I'm hard on tyres so if I had to wait 500 miles to scrub them in then I'd be VERY upset with the Falkens! On about my fifth set of rears in 9 months.

Oh, they tend to fall apart on track too.
T1R's just happen to be the best tyre I've tried. The reason I keep reading these reviews is because I'm always on the lookout for something better. I am in a position to compare many tyres having had about 5 sets on the rear in 9 months so far. Happy to try anything with a good review. What do you call a "premium" brand, I'll try those next.
Funny isn't it? All I've been reading here for the last year are good reviews on the Falkens - until I place an order for some (being fitted today) and then all I read are not so good reviews......
Oh well. Soon to make my own mind up - I'll post back with my own good or bad review.
At least they are cheap!! £123 each fited.

Gas - Something like either a Bridgestone RE050APP, SO2PP or Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 offer, in my opinion, a far higher all round usability than the T1R.
Steve - I doubt you'll be disappointed for the price.

I have tried the Michen Pilot Sport, I was VERY disappointed... they had a tendancy to tramline, and I wore 2mm in 3 days... They were changed within 4 weeks. I may try Bridgestone next though, but still tempted to try the Falkens first.

You so shouldn`t be getting a supercharger
