quote for paint job

I live in the north (Wigan) and bought a devil yellow 05 cv8 last Sep. Some scrotum has thrown a stone at the back of the car and damaged it. I saw him and police are prosecuting.
I want quote to repair it properly, the bumper and boot are scratched, and wanted to get a quote form a dealer.
No-one in the north wants to know and vauxhall customer service didn't want to know either. I quoted drive assist (come out and give estimates for repairs) and guy said doesn't apply to Monaro! I am aware of the legal ramifications (being a lawyer) but just want to get a wuote for repairs. Would any of the monaro dealers down south give a quote based on pictures of the damage and cost of travel etc?
I will get the work done, but I want to get some money from the scrotum first.

You will probably get sued for environmental damage and have to pay for councelling for said "scrotum" who will be rehoused and will be given compensation for loss of earnings and emotional stress from the incident.

I've used chips away in past on my vx220. Overall very pleased but they were always a little tentative on the little plastic car.
I know that my local chips away guy flicks the paint in to to join. When you know where to look you can still see it (yes I am a perfectionist). I just wanted to get a quote for the whole thing to be done properly.
When it happened I followed them and challenged the two of them. One ran in front of a car and missed it by inches. I know who would have been in court then if the car had hit him!

I've just had extensive paintwork done on my VXR by the local Vauxhal dealers and they did a brill job... mind you I am still having it detailed in 2 weeks to give it a perfect shine! As for the little scrote, he may have no money, but at least he will have a judgement against his name for the next 6 years for when he tries to upgrade his mobile or when he tries to buy a telly from "buy now pay forever" shops that seem to be cropping up everywhere.
Just really disappointed in vauxhall for not helping at all. I should have got used to it by now for the years of rubbish service i have received already after i bought the vx220!
