I'm curious - how do you find insurance? I've just renewed mine with Elephant. It's £1060 for the year with 4 year's no claims.

That is good. Elephant quoted me approx £1300. I'm 29 with 4 years no claims. After finding out the car had a remap, wortec cat back, and had been lowered, they withdrew their quote offer.

I eventually went with Greenlight for £622.

I am 24 with 430bhp CV8, insurance is 2559 (A Plan) as I had my previous car stolen! So no-claims!!!

24 on a 56 VXR with 5 NCB and one SP30. Elephant coast me £1150. Filled me with confidence when the chap had only ever heard of a Vauxhall Movano haha.

27 years young with a 56 plate VXR Insurance is £950 with a-plan (4yrs ncb), including exhaust declared.

That was the best insurance quote by quite some way.
