Hi guys,

Not been on here for a while, but i though i would vent some really pent up anger.

1: About 3 months ago, my wife (of 8 months) left me for another bloke. The bitch.
2: She still has my VXR8.
3: She won't give it back until i give her £4k for a new car.
4: I'm still paying £350 a month for it.
5: She's fu%*ing kerbed it. Again.
6: It needs its first service soon. Is she likely to do it? Bollox is she.

I am pissed off.

can you report it as stolen ?

Pay a recovery firm, to come and lift it with a HiHab during the night ?

Although do be cautious. Most women are seriously mentally unstable, and quite psychotic smile
The saying "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" is so true....except she doesnt even need to be scorned.

A samll few are normal though.

Yep, report it as stolen. It's yours, you're paying for it, she won't return it to you. Simple.

Sounds like a bh, screw her every which way you can from here on in.

Tell me about it (the psycho bit!)

The frustrating thing is that i could easily get the car back.
But, i would probably lose half of the company that i own to her, maybe have to pay more for the house that i'm buying her out of, and the divorce would drag on for years!!!
She is being a bitch, but she could be so much worse!

It sucks, but my hands are tied.

But she is a fu%£ing dick at the moment!

Do you have a really really good mate - someone you would trust with your life?

if so - sell the business to them for a quid and chuck her her 50 pence

Then in a 12 month, buy the business back off your mate for 2 quid

Ah man, that would seriously piss me off. Who's to say that she won't go the business... as well. Women are funny like that, cause they will go you for what they can.

We're about to sign a "separation agreement", which is a legal document drawn up by our solicitors which gives details and limitations regarding what she can claim from me, and me from her.

Once that is signed, its a legaly binding document and the goal posts are set in stone. Until then i am at her mercy (!

What really sucks is that we were together for 10 years (to the day) before we got married. Then, months later she buggers off with another guy!

Know exactly where you are mate. Nobody else involved but my wife of 8 years took off two months ago as well. Waited til I was at work, walked out of her job, took the wee one from nursery and the GTS off the drive. She hates the thing, just did it to annoy me.
Got the car back now, signed everything over to me too. More cash than I know what to do with but nothing that really matters anymore. Rubbish!!!

Still, am doing route 66 with a mate this year now. 3 weeks driving across the states and bringing an 06 Ram SRT 10 back. GTS will be for sale in the coming months.

Better off without in the long run dude. 8 years a faithful husband, time to try another saddle or two for size

You're not alone Mate. Love of my life for 15 years cheated on me a few years ago, so divorce ensued and it's amazing how the person you trusted with your life can turn on you isn't it? Having someone tear your beating heart from your chest and laugh as you die in front of them is not fun.

Only thing I can say, is that it does get better. Promise. Keep your chin up mate, it's just a matter of time and it'll all sort itself out. Besides, whoever said 'what goes around, comes around', was so true!

Later, Simon.

Ah yeah, that is so true... The best thing is to show a face that shows you couldn't give a crap. They spend half the time trying to figure out why you don't care. It beats them up inside. Good luck to the other bloke though, cause if she cheated on you, what's going to stop her cheating on him. There was a clip a few years ago, that was classic..

Typical... it is pretty bad.

Just a suggestion, not that I would encourage this.
Go round and steel all the wheels off your car.
I'd imagine thee ex won't want the hassle of sourcing new ones as they'll be a fortune...

If you`ve got it give her the 4k and get the car back mate.
makes you look resonable now, and the money can be put back on the table at negotiation time.
Tell her she`ll need to buy the business as you can`t cope due to the stress, this will determine what she feels is the true value of the Business.
Then set up again and poach her customer base (assuming you can)

I agree play it smart - make her feel she is winning short term, but think long term.

At least you've not seen her new bloke ragging your car!

Mate. If she cheated on you then she won't be entitled to the old 50/50 agreement...

A good way to get the car back (or at least stop her using it is to loosen an HT lead or find something else more cunning to disable it, I know one guy who wheel clamped his porsche when the ex took it if it won't move she won't use it
