£71.10 to fill up with 99 Ron at Tesco's, first time I've broken the £71.00 barrier. mad
(3 miles left until empty according to the display)

I'd really rather not discuss this record. Someone (us!) has to pay to run this country.....
Ps Try filling up my Patrol, when I bought it 5 years ago, it was 40 odd quid, now it's well over 80. Wish my pay had gone up pro-rata!

My Smart 451 cost me £26 to fill up from bone emty t'other day and does 55mpg sround town, 65-70mpg out of town.

Mind you it doesn't have 400bhp I'll grant you...or a V8.

Hmmm...there's a thought...

My old Quattroporte had a 100 litre fuel tank, standard. I never managed to crack £100 though, as I had no faith in the fuel gauge to run it low enough!

Nope, I spent £74 last week on 95RON in my local village BP filling station. I was running on fumes and the bloke is known in the community for being a robbing bastard!

363 Miles in the VXR8 coasting the last few miles. But the bloody display cuts off at 50M and just says LOW FUEL!
So no idea of remaining miles. Does anyone know if this can be changed? The needle was sitting just on top of the red empty line.

£75 fill and just over 71L so 4L left smile
8.18L/100Km

Its not as good on fuel as my R8 which had more power. Mainly I suspect because they removed the lean cruise function.

I thought you used commanded for your lean cruising anyway, rather than lean cruise itself?

I used both. I used commanded for around town and lean cruise to go even leaner on motorway. vxr8 (e38) has zero options, except a hacked set of ve values. But I don't want to mess with anything yet till I know the car is sound for warranty reasons. Then Ill be going mafless with a Russo intake and difilippo.
