Are my Discs Warped?

I know a lot has been posted about warped discs but I would like to know a bit more about the symptoms.
Brakes on my Monaro VXR are ok at low speed but at higher speeds there is some judder when scrubbing off some speed, when more pressure is applied judder decreases a lot.
Are my discs on the way out or is it a build up of muck etc?
Any comments appreciated.

That's pretty much what mine were doing. I took them to the dealer (Bellingers, Wantage) and had front discs and pads done under Warranty.

I'd give it a go if you are still under warranty - having it done free is a lot better than the outrageous price others are having to pay.....

I'd go with muck/crud as I had the exact same issues twice and twice I've cleared it by a scrubbing session which consisted of j16 to 15 of the m4 and back, doing varying speeds, dragging brakes then hard braking then gentle quick reapplications = problem cleared.

If you can get it under warranty then great, go for it!

Yes I agree, my story is same as gsxr750steve and had mine replaced, how ever between visiting Bellinger with problem and taking in for replacement discs the vibration had disappeared
