Hi,

Anyone recommend a good drifting school?. I did drift uk with Declan from this forum a couple of years ago. Also did driftacademy last year but they have now folded.

Would welcome any recommendations....

thanks
Mike

I think the Pod has drift days on wednesdays during the month now and again. All at a nice price. Check out their website.

seems to be a lack of drifting companies who provide experience days and supply cars.

driftacademy has stopped trading. Not sure what declan at Drift UK is doing now?

If there is demand we could organise another day? This time we could have novices & not quite novices doing different things perhaps?

I am talking to a few people about some days.
We could organise something but depends if you wanna learn in ya own car or their cars?.

I would prefer theirs but maybe have a few goes in mine....

Usually their cars are crap. Anyway if you get used to yours then you can practice any time you get to a private road and you will have knowledge and experience of it.
If you use their rubbish you will take some, but not much knowledge with you to use in your car.

Quite a few of us used our own cars last time and aside from a pair of tyres going west all was well.
