Hi. My VXR8 will get a wortec supercharger in a few weeks however I would like to retain some of the engine cover too. Has anyone done this or knows what needs to be done?.

We did Jamies one. We also tried on a VXR8, but the shape of the cover doesn't really lend itself to this. In a nutshell it doesn't fit! Of course, if you get a Monaro cover, then you do the same as in the picture. And no, i dont have any spare

Just rig it like most people do here in the states. lol It is scary how much Duck tape, superglue, and bondo are used.
