I know some of you are into different wheels, so would anyone know if a set of BM M3 wheels would fit on a CV8? I don't actually want to use them, other than for a set of slaves while I get mine refurbed....

The PCD is the same (5x120), although may need spacers for the offset (if they clear the calipers)

Cheers chaps. Did they fit straight on Ferb?

As long as they clear everything, should do the job fine.

No in a word! Hubs on are cars are approx 58mm, BMW wheel centres are 61mm so you need small discs made up. I also had 7mm machined off the centre of the wheels because BMW rear wheels are 9" (extra 1" offset). Front BMW wheels are 8" but have 1/2" extra inset, clearance no problem but should have spacers (you need longer wheel studs)
I fitted these wheels because they where a bonus from a customer of mine

Well they fitted well enough to hold the car up while I had mine refurbed, only drove it in and out of the factory so no problems with clearance, etc. Best job those wheels ever had, holding the Ro up..cool

So, had mine done a shade of dark silver, it's a Honda colour actually, think S2000, Civic Type R.. Now look like this..

Not sure they shine that well in the pic, here's a close-up

Didn't want to go too dark with a Blue car, but definately looks better than before..

Used these guys:- www.myalloys.co.uk/ Well recommended, two day turnaround, powder coated and scuffs all repaired, between £55-£65 a wheel depending on finish. Incidentally they do the 'Black Chrome' effect a'la 6ltr VXR.

Oh yeah, they also had another set of CV8 wheels all finished up in Satin Black, belong to anyone on here? Looked good, but you'd need a White car... ;-)

Looks like a top quality job with a good depth of material.
