After the heavy rain i seem to have aquired a lake in the passenger footwell, when i open the door there seems to be alot of water round the bottom seal, as my car is out of warranty any suggestions to a fix?
faulty seal most likely, but i've had this before on a different car.. turned out to be a tool (socket or something similar) had been left somewhere near the bulkhead behind the engine and had blocked one of the drainage holes - hence a pond in the footwell.
higgster it is a known fault and should be covered under warranty, dont dry out just take it to them or they will want evidence . Also if you get your door handles done at the same time they will replace the door cards anyway
