Just taken my Ro into Vauxhall for them to have a look at a leak from the rear diff and they have told me they have to order a whole new diff. How crazy is that......And they dont know when they are getting a new one in. Atleast its not going to cost me anything.
Have anyone else had there diff's replaced at only 11,000 miles?

Probably because they havnt the skills to repair the seals. Easier to just swap out... I wonder where the old parts go?

There are no seals on the diff. Crack it open. Scrape it clean draw a pretty pattern on it with sealant. Bolt it closed again and refill.

must be a pinion seal though which probably is leaking. to replace the pinion seal they have to measure the preload.

Wonder if they'll change my already replaced gearbox as the rear oilseal is leaking?
Replacement gearbox is now as noisy as original, under load, incidentally.
Yet to fit Cobra Bob's special gasket. Will report if any improvement anon.

Are you sure, it`s not just down to the crush collar being torqued correctly then ?
