Just checking my logs from Saturday and I noticed that I'm only getting 88% throttle. Does that sound right to you?? I though about it Saturday when you set up the V2 and we looked at the PID's. When TPS was on the screen and I floored it it only went up to 88. I thought it was just an anomoly but the log graph doesn't go above 88% on any of the runs.

Thats correct, the angle of the blade is 88% so it hides the shaft I think.
You can log another PID with shows pedal and will go to 100% but in ETC 88% is 100% to all intents and purposes.

By way of interest were you getting 100kpa MAP under full throttle? If not then you have an intake restriction smile

Yeah Mate, TPS at 88.2 during the run, but MAP varied between 94 to 99, and I thought I had a clean filter! That means it could've gone better(into the 12's), I'll sort it for the next one.

Can you get better TPS with a re-worked throttle body then?

Also how can I check if I had any knock? I can see a PID for Knock Retard but it's not on the graph. I suppose this would've kicked in if there was a bad ping?

You need to add the pid to the graph. The graph only shows what you want to see.
Pids will be in the log and then graphs and maps show the data you select from the log if that makes sense.

You wont get more than 88% try checking on efilive forums there are other pids you can log. But better just to accept 88% is 100%. You wont get any more airflow than that. Well you can port the throttle, but only if you need more air.

MAP restriction might be intake pipe or filter etc. With my nice otrcai I never fell below 100kpa, same intake and throttle as you, so there is your answer on that one (get a proper intake tract). Max air was 0.80g/cyl

That angle will create havoc with the airstream i.e turbulence. I'll have to have it apart to see if it can be blended/worked, although I would have thought that if could've, it would've, already.

No plenty of others port these throttles, Im sure you can improve on that for sure.
But 90mm you have an engine restriction before throttle I think.
