hi there,

in need of some new tyres soon and was wondering if anyone had tried these on their vxr monaro? i currently have pirelli p zeros at the moment but have had the toyos on previous cars and loved em, also what is the largest width of tyre i can put on the rear with standard 19" wheels

I had Toyo's on my Evo which where really good but you cant get the right load rating for a Monaro.
I replaced my Pirelli's with Michelin's and they are 1000 times better. There Pirelli's didnt have much grip in the wet as you will know.

The R888 tyres look good for the track. Semi slicks and all that..

I've used R888's on my elise and they are great, maybe even too grippy. I imagine the Monaro would spit them out in a few minutes though.
