Car is finished but can't pick it up until the 2nd next month, gutted. But will be worth the wait. Been 8 months and need to remember how to drive. Been driving an automatic jeep and 600cc scooter and a lhd motorhome so I'm ***ked for a few days I think.

Err, lots, Mark at Rapid GB done the work, hopefully he will post what he did as I don't know exactly whats the bits are.

That's rwhp btw and he did cam, rods, pistons, headers, exhaust, sump, fuel system, fuel rails, sc from the crank, new bigger intercooler, suspension (it's mega low), poly bushes, harrop diff cover, kaaz diff, swirly fuel thing, arp bolts, dual timing chain, full, full balance, err, more i think, added to the ls7 clutch, alloy flywheel, ap brakes, rip shifter, valet mode, boost gauge, hid's, think that's it.

Marks doing lots of builds by the sounds. Last time I was there it was a forged 402 and blower. I think there are a lot out there we dont know about..

Ahhh, you must be Derek; my engine is based on yours I think & is being built at the moment. Did you go 383, 402 or stay standard capacity? Sounds like a fantastic result!

Morning All.....Long time since we have posted but as Richards quote above Mark has been working on these cars for over 10 years and yes we have some awsome cars out there, its all down to choice and price.

The 550hp on Dereks cars is at the wheels........tried and tested on our dyno dynamics

You're not wrong Nicola. There's always something interesting in bits and it's usually stupidly powerful, I'm sure 3/4 of the owners don't even use this forum. Well worth a visit if you've never been.
