I loved my Zed, I sold it because I wanted to save money whilst being a college student so I replaced it after a month with the Monaro. Now I ahd been talking to the OH about going back to owning a Zed as we both loved it, even if it didnt have the poke of the Ro it was a much better handling package. But now they are releasing that, it looks beautiful and its grabbed my attention firmly.

I think I will wait for word on an offical Nismo version this time though, the subtle difference between the old GT and GT4 in terms of power actually related to a much easier revving GT4 engine.

And there I was thinking of keeping the Ro long term and saving my pennies and selling my remaining kidney for the GT-r

The GTR is amazing... if I also sold my kidney, and my wife, and the dog, and the house, could just scrape enough to get one..

raggy I am now regretting having capital tied up in a flat, I wonder what the monthly repayments would be on a GTR, I'd be willing to offer my flat to the council for the guaranteed income wink

Very nice and they make a brilliant noise with the right exhaust. Seeing as you'll get about 50p for your Ro when you try to sell it why not invest in some go-faster goodies instead?

I often regret selling the Z too. You can now get them so cheap though, 2nd hand values are shocking... so are Ro's though! Although nobody ever rolled down their window and asked if I could rev the Z, like I got asked to do last night in the Ro. The guys smile was blinding

true side by side I've had just as much enjoyment out of both. The Ro is a much nicer place to be inside but the zed is a much better overall package. If the new 370 has got the poke (despite it being a pitiful 330bhp) and if the interior really has improved a lot and if they no longer have the contents of the pitiful boot on show, the zed will be on the list and why not.

I wouldnt knock it if its a step up from the 350z (which I bought over the previous m3 and audi) for that was a cracking motor

Looks pretty impressive, but my particular favorite at the moment is the price-reduced Corvette. £40,000 buys an awful lot of motor, LS3 engine and you still get the tuning options.....
