Discussion
A look at life driving in the Monaro's home country... I've said it before, you guys don't realise how good you have got it.

Tim, as far as rants go, that's a pretty good one.
At least you get to watch the sun go down over the Indian Ocean on balmy summer, balmy autumn, balmy spring and probably balmy winter evenings - which is as good as hugging a tree I reckon.
Ah, memories...I got quite good at undertaking trams at traffic lights in Melbourne, just before the punters stepped off.
After driving in London, Melbourne felt like a country town. What I couldn't handle was the undertaking. Felt like everyone did it - there was always someone ready to cut you off right out of your blind spot. And they were all ex BMW drivers - they never indicate. If there's one thing UK drivers are good at, it must be the gentle art of courteous queuing...a nod here, a waving hand there or a quick flash (lights). In Melbourne it was a honk and a waving fist.

Ah, my beloved country is/has become/always was (take your pick) a fools paradise!
If you think they are bad in WA, you havent driven in QLD.
School zones and road work limits mean absolutely nothing here.
The right lane hoggers at 109kph used to bug the hell out of me driving the freeway from Brisbane to the Gold Coast, but now i do as all others, and happily sail past them in one of the lanes to their left.
Lack of ability, courtesy, intelligence.........
Anyway, id happily tolerate a little cold weather instead by bogan w@nkers.
You blokes over there dont know how lucky you are.
