Does anyone know of HSV/Monaro race cars for sale?

My boss is a fellow Petrol Head, he races his Scoobie in Time Attack series but he is considering building or buying a V8 supercar to race. His Scoobie is no slouch with over 600 brake from 2 litres.

I have put him in touch with Allen Orchard of EE for starters.
Any recommendations outside of Wortec & Monkfish

With a 2.5 to 1 against the Aussie Dollar you might consider a tried and tested V8 supercar from last season or something from the feeder categories.

know a couple of guys over here have bought wrecked monaros for their engines and shells with a view to straightening them out and fitting cages to turn them into track cars. Anywhere from around 4k upwards will get you a breaker to get started with.

Failing that I have an 2004 monaro which needs work,ideal base car for a track car comes with a 2006 engine for £7250 or a 2004 vxr with damage for £6750
