A strange thing

The battery went in my key fob a couple of days ago (£75 for a new one what a rip off), when I opened the car with the spare the second trip had disappeared from the speedo display.
Any ideas why this should be?

All of the dash settings are kept per key fob - when I used my spare everything was differently set up with the displays too. You'll have to just go through and set everything up again. It's a 'feature' that lets 2 people have their own settings when using the car (like anyone else is ever going to drive mine!)

Each key has its own personal settings for radio, onboard computer etc... Shame it doesn't do the seats aswell.
